There are no obvious drawbacks to address.

The whole idea behind Yasu is to be simple to use; I don’t think there’s an easier Mac utility that does as much. Onyx does more and it’s free, too, but the number of options and choices is near baffling while Yasu is a single window with a single button to make things happen.
